The staff on the night shift were amazingly great. The breakfast food was freshly made and included cereal and fruit. The room I stayed in was comfortable, fantastic, and had a beautiful view, comfortable bed, and balcony.

The location is great. Directly on the beach promenade, restaurants and shops just around the corner.

Breakfast was quite expensive, you could have expected a lot more for the price. The hotel is getting old and has its shortcomings.

Wonderful place with amazingly great staff and efficient check-in at 15:00. A huge variety of food for breakfast including cereals and fruit. Awesome and great location right at Plaza de Saulo Toron.

The room was good-sized with excellent views and a balcony. Great location for exploring the area near the seafront and the beach promenade.- Playa de las Canteras district was a fantastic place to stay in.

the light in the bathroom was much too little, suitcase rack would not be bad. Roofing of the terrace on the 9th floor would be great

We have stayed there before and would book here again. The breakfast is rich and great with a huge variety of food.- The location is unbeatable in a nice area, just off Gran Canaria as well as the shopping centre.the experience at Nh Imperial Playa was excellent. The breakfast spread was impressive with a wide selection of delicious food. The location of the hotel is fantastic, situated in a lovely area close to Gran Canaria and a shopping center. We would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again in the future.

We appreciated this modern accommodation with very helpful and attentive staff, especially during the night shift. Our superior room was nicely decorated and had a splendid view of the street.

The hotel is very nice, on the beach promenade. Unfortunately, there are also rooms to the rear, it was not very nice.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location is just perfect, right on the beach and close to all the bars, restaurants, and shops. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, and we were lucky enough to have a large balcony with breathtaking views of the beach, sea, mountains, and city. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The service was top-notch and we were thoroughly impressed with all the amenities available, from the room service to the car hire and dry cleaning options. We also appreciated the little touches, like the welcome drink and the availability of in-room amenities like ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. this hotel provided us with a luxurious and comfortable experience that exceeded our expectations.

This hotel is a true gem and we would recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic stay.
